I Am Worth My Weight in Gold - One thing I’ve learn through my personal growth and development.

Early on in life I was afraid of a lot of things, but I also felt like, “I want to save the world!”

What I found out after being a CNA straight out of High School and also working my way through college and then trade school was that, no one was going to save me, and only I can save myself. I started on my own journey of personal development and becoming a leader in my own life.  I decided to be my own hero!

So the world does not need saving, what else….

I found that by being this open person to whatever anyone wants and being in the service industry working as a front desk clerk at a top hotel in Downtown Denver, Colorado, that I was then trained that yes was my only response in helping others and being of good service. As I worked many years to come in the hospitality industry the customer was always right and I was to work toward telling the customer yes! This carried over into my personal life, giving myself away to friends and family to please and gain their affections.

I’m sure you can see where that was going and what it got me. Soon I lost myself and my self worth dwindled until I no longer had the self confidence I once had as a very popular cheerleader in high school who didn’t have to work for others affections and could easily raise the vibe in any room.

That is when I leveled up my game and started working with teachers and coaches to help me move forward.  People like Parmahansa Yogananada, Sadguru, BKS Iyengar, (Many many yoga teachers and insturctors), Deepak Chopra, Eckhert Tolle, My Kung Fu Sifu (Sifu Decino), Marianne Williamson, Abraham Hicks, Greg Braden, Bruce Lipton, Shane Krider, Dr. Albert Villoldo,  And many more...

I needed to get back to me, and through years of raising a family and having run my own businesses, I have become that leader again and am always working to keep my feet on solid ground. I learned by working on what I want first, then I am able to coach others to get what they want but it always comes back to, they have to want it and I’m not here to save the world just walk alongside those who are of the same energy and are ready to make lasting transformation into their best potential.

I love being of service to others on my own terms.  That means no more people pleasing and showing up as my true authentic self to guide those who are ready to take their next step in their journey of service and success.

So…

Release those unwilling to love you; it's tough but vital. Cease difficult talks with those resistant to change. Don't invest energy in people uninterested in your presence; prioritize joy, interest, and commitment. Not everyone will join your journey, and that's okay. If excluded or ignored, don't persist; you're not for everyone, and not everyone is for you. Cherish those reciprocating love; know there worth and your own worth. With billions on this planet, find those matching your commitment. Avoid being a pillow or therapist; your time is limited. Protect your energy fiercely, create a haven with compatible people. You're not obliged to save or convince; prioritize self-love. Deserve true connections, and watch positive changes unfold. Don't waste time on those unwilling to do their own inner work; embrace the love, esteem, and happiness you deserve.

Become the shining releasing the many things that no longer serve you and by learning and remembering what it is you are here to achieve in your lifetime, now.
