EMOTION = ENERGY IN MOTION How to manage strong Emotions
Acknowledging every emotion that pops up is healthy and healing. Even the ones that make us feel the worst.
In my experience allowing myself to sit with my emotions, helps me learn to accept them and be grateful, and then release them creating holistic healing, learning, and advancement.
I’m not feeling happy in every moment.
I'm not always in balance and harmony.
Life includes embracing good times and hard times.
Enjoyment of life can be found in mundane everyday moments. There will be anticipation and excitement, fear and worries. There will be moments you feel you will never get through it, but you can. You can feel through it and then allow it to go!
Living is full of a whole spectrum of emotions. Continual remembrance of unpleasant memories builds stress, it accumulates and manifests in some form of stress and then disease. Much of this emotion you are not attending to, if not released, can be buried deep in your physiology even at a cellular level.
My focus was on the emotions and then to start releasing these thoughts/thought loops by being grateful for those moments, their purpose is for my development, forgive and get rid of energy blockages from my system by having spent time with them and then finished my time making able to let them go.
Feel every emotion, be grateful and forgiving, and live in the now.
You will not feel your life is perfect, life is never perfect and if it were, you would not advance to your full potential.
Life is adventure, experience, and everyday moments, and everything is happening as it should.
By recognizing my emotions, I become less reactionary, think things through and am able to chose my next step.
By giving into my emotions rather than recognizing them and sitting with them, I become reactionary and create what I don’t wish to put out into the world.
Let’s remember what Einstein said, “Energy which is set in motion stays in motion.”
Our emotions set energy into motion, and by knowing how our mind works we can take hold of our emotions before we send them out into our world with many possible trajectories that can either help or hinder or happiness or suffering.
