Consider the Cost of Business vs. The Cost of Working For Someone Else
As you consider going into business for yourself one of the things you must get clear on is the cost...the outlay.
The other consideration is the upside potential.
If I were to outlay X number of dollars.....what is the business capable of producing?
When I looked at this business I saw risks, certainly, no business is without risk....but my reward for success far outweighed the risks I calculated.
Here's a question.
What is your JOB costing you? (if you're not currently employed and you're already a business owner, then play this game with me anyways.)
I was chatting with a prospect earlier today, Rachel, she's a receptionist at a big Fortune 500 company in Sydney. We were exploring the possibility of her starting this business and as we were going over the start up costs (which are minimal) I asked her....."what is your job costing you?"
At first she didn't quite understand the question, but as we explored things further, clarity was gained.
You see for Rachel to hold down her receptionist job she was expected to dress a certain way, to present herself at a certain level. She was the face of the company....So it was the fancy business suits, shiny shoes, nails done, hair perfect....you get the idea.
We worked out she was spending more than a few thousand a year to show up dressed for success at her job to earn all of $30,000 a year.
We explored her available advancement opportunities in her job and outside of the 3-5% pay increase each year (which doesn't even keep up with inflation) she couldn't really see herself progressing to other positions without undertaking additional training, which of course would be at her expense.
Here's another question for you....
What if I showed you a way to get fully established in this business....and with a little bit of shuffling....you wouldn't necessarily be out of pocket for your initial start up....AAAAAND.....the upside potential far exceeded what's available to you in your job?
By the way, that little bit of shuffling I'm talking about are the tax advantages available to all business owners.
When I got started here I found that I was able to deduct my business expenses from my taxes and at the end of the year I wasn't out of pocket at all. #winning
So as you consider a business there are two questions to consider.
1. What's it going to cost?
2. How much can I make /what's the upside potential?
With this business the upside potential is HUGE. You can start part time around your current commitments. Work full time at your job while you work part time on creating your fortune.
We look for big thinkers. We look for people who have a goal to be earning a minimum of $10,000 a month within the next 6-12 months. We look for people who have at least 2 hours a day to devote to a new business venture.
If you find yourself falling into this category....a big thinker with at least a couple of hours a day....then please visit my website today.
